Our Art & Culture Group explores a wide variety of topics: specific artists, mediums, themes and world cultures.
Each month we decide on the theme of the next session and our members decide what they want to present on, via PowerPoint or with images from books and handouts. Some of us are keen to present but some of us aren’t and just want to come and learn.
Additionally, we have been going on ‘art outings’, visiting a wide variety of venues to explore works of art and then we discuss our impressions over food and drinks.
One doesn’t have to be an expert to join in – none of us are! We are people who just love Art & Culture.
